Force data sync

In MacroFactor version 1.5.0 and above, you can now force a manual sync if you import data into MacroFactor from another data source.

1. Ensure your data is recorded in the platform you want to sync from (Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit).
2. Make sure there’s no manual entry for the day, or a higher priority entry for the day, in MacroFactor. Higher priority entries will prevent a sync from occurring.
3. Wait 5-10 minutes.
4. Swipe down on the main dashboard (“overswiping”) until you see a little loading circle appear.
5. Once this loading circle completes, it will force an attempted sync and update your data accordingly.
